  I am a resident in the Studio underneath Epidote. People are using the office space at all hours. There is someone up there playing loud music and it's 3.25am in the morning.
  
  I've been kept awake by this for months on end. It's not managed as the other reviewer mentioned. People come and go freely and make more noise than anything, music, shouting, you name it they do it. Appalling.
