  Have been availing services from them for a regular hygienic cleanup for past 4 years.
  
  Services are good and dentists are clued up.
  
  Their accounts department just SUCKS and that too big time.
  
  When i call to book an appointment, they ask for card details and charge me instantly.
  
  When I appear for my actual appointment weeks/month later, they ask me to swipe my card again.
  
  Means they can potentially charge you twice for each service/appointment.
  
  This has happened to me twice in 2 consecutive years and I realized only when I saw my credit card statement. raised with them and they rectified it.
  
  But no official apologies whatsoever, So I thought to make best use of Google reviews to bring this up.
