  Friendly staff members at the reception and sometimes it is surprising how they remember my name though I don't go there often.
  
  Doctors, nurse are also very helpful and pays attention, explains reasonably well.
  
  The only constructive criticism I want do is the delay sometimes I experienced even 50 minutes delay which is very annoying especially if you have any other business to attend. Hope they will not overlook this matter and take necessary actions.
