  James Ponsord
  Rob was very rude in our experience with him and he did not seem to care about our wishes. Job ended up taking 2 months longer than needed and him and his workers were often seen on their phones throughout the whole period. He ended up leaving job unfinished and told us he had better things to do. My wife and I were very patient and tried to be calm throughout our experience but he took things too far. I hope this post either makes him change his ways or atleast warns people considering using Robert Bratby Great dens about the kind of person he really is!
