  Bob is a very nice guy and initially helped fix my creaking front brakes. Within 2 weeks though, i had a very loud and embarrassing noise coming from my front brakes, which were ok before and only 18 months old. Bob replaced the pads and all seemed good...for 30 minutes. I now have a high pitched chirping noise coming from the front right wheel when driving and a squeel upon braking. Bob doesnt know what it is and can't fix a problem i never had before coming to him amd his team but has charged me a small fortune in efforts to do so. The noise is getting worse and i now need to go to another garage to get it fixed. I have had to visit RGA 4 or 5 times when all i originally had was a creaking brake. Spent a lot to have one issue fixed but 2 more created. Spent a lot more with RGA trying to fix those but hasn't worked. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with RGA.
