    As a Freelancer, I decided to get a dedicated co-working space to run my Creative startup. I discovered Chiswick Business Park which is home to many world's leading companies. I was excited to surround myself with excellent businesses. Instantly I arranged an online appointment with Regus Chiswick Business Park to tour their co-working offices. The viewing was carried out by the Area manager. I have to acknowledge his excellent sales persuasion skills and joyful short-lived charisma during the tour. After signing the contract was a completely different case the same sales charm which gave me a warm, positive outlook on the office space was non-existent. On the bright side, the reception team where very kind and helpful unfortunately they have to liaise with Regus HQ through every step and are not allowed to handle anything independently causing delays.

    I received an email on 19th March morning giving me a deadline to clear any outstanding balance I have on my account by the end of business hours or lead to office suspension. I was not aware of any issues until that morning discovering Regus email notice where sent to my Spam inbox. Surprised I could not access any doors using my fob card as my services where suspended first thing in the morning although stating a different in the email. Not allowing me access to my computer so that I can solve the issue as quickly as possible I had to resort to using my mobile phone spending the whole day trying to fix this frustrating issue. Heard of many horrible experiences in regards how Regus deals with customers which I have now experienced firsthand I would not hand a penny to Regus anymore for the lack of respect treating their customers. It felt of a case of holding my computer hostage which was extremely ironic of a company with a slogan to support any business anywhere.

    Issues

    - Never provided an Ethernet cable connected to my computer have been using Wifi since the day I moved in.

    - Office Glass door lock mechanism was not functioning correctly for a few weeks to the point I was stuck in the office for 20 minutes in one evening.

    - During my first Community meeting, room booking was disrupted halfway through then relocated to another room.

    - Toilets are filthy and are in a real need of refurbishment.
