  Used for conveyancing, solicitor was great, easy to contact even with our many questions. Local to Eltham. We started off with a large conveyancing firm who were very difficult to deal with, basically a call centre type operation. The personal service and single point of contact from Kirk & Partners was worth it alone, plus the fees are very reasonable.

  I would recommend Kirk and Partners for several reasons: they're good value for money, they don't try and get extra work out of you where it's not needed, they make everything simple and they don't patronise. They get on with the job so you won't constantly need to check up on them and you can trust them not to stitch you up with hidden charges. Nice, down to earth, professional, friendly people. Don't bother going anywhere else.
