  I am currently renting a room through this Estate agents. When i first arranged viewings and met them at the estate agents they were very very helpful. Now I'm in the property renting a room with several other people renting rooms they've been totally arrogant, and just so unhelpful. I've been in this property for nearly 6 months and when I moved in they was in process of getting a new bathroom and kitchen. (Two years the other tenants have been waiting) WHAT A LOAD OF BOLLOX THIS HAS BEEN!!!! Neither has the internet never ever worked!!! I ring up weekly and just get brushed off or asked if i want to come into the office to discuss the matter. I think the next step of action will be environmental health!!! This house is unsafe and I'm sick to death to of moaning and NOTHING BEING DONE!!!!!
