  The staff need training. The first question I was asked when I walked in and told him that I need to order a lock that the Banham engineer had recommended, was 'And how would you like to pay today'. This is without asking my name, order details etc. After asking him if he needs these, he took the details and again asked how would I like to pay. No information on how the lock installation is arranged, when it will be done etc. In my 20 minutes there, this question was asked of me 5 times (even after I had said I will pay by card). Will never use them again as only interested in payment.
