  This company was advertised on LBC radio, when I decided to use them to rent out my property.They offered a guarantee rent insurance and seemed professional.
  My experience with Hannah (NOT COMPASSIONATE) and Richard was one that I would not ever want anyone else to ever have to experience....It's taken me quite sometime to recover financially,as this ordeal did leave me with a mountain of dept.
  The tenant that they're referenced to their very high standards did not pay rent for over 6 months.Although the tenant did not pay their rent ABC still demanded the full commission which was taken in advance for 12 months.I had the added cost of eviction after the 8 months and the usual stress of paying a mortgage with tenants living free in my property.Sadly their "Rent GUARANTEE" was not worth the paper that it was printed on!. Please note:-ABC is"ESTATE-AGENT FROM HELL"...Stay clear
